In the bowl
Mix
- 3 cans tuna, drain HARD
- 2 Tbsp mayo — mash into the tuna first, until shredded and creamy
- ⅓ cup Kirkland Greek yogurt, folded after the mayo. Do not lead with it.
- 1 Tbsp Dijon
- ½ lemon or lime, juiced
- 2 stalks celery, ¼-inch dice
- 2 Tbsp dill pickle, diced
- ¼ cup red onion, quick-pickled 15 min in vinegar, then drained
- ½ tsp fish sauce, or 1 mashed anchovy. You will not taste fish sauce.
- pepper then salt only if it still needs it
At eat: toast, lettuce, tuna, crush salt-and-vinegar chips on top. Do not mix chips into the bowl.
