2. Unbox Pro Max → power on → Quick Start / iCloud restore or Transfer from iPhone.
3. Get Metro eSIM active on the new phone (yes, you must involve Metro).
4. Verify Duo, Authy, Google Authenticator, and iCloud Keychain passkeys.
5. Open Casa → Mobile Key health check → confirm spend path.
6. Apply the iOS 27 settings list below.
7. Optional: Camera, battery, QoL checklist (Preserve Settings, Charge Limit, Shared Library, etc.).
8. Only then erase the 14 Plus and hand it in for trade-in.

1. Put both phones on power (Pro Max USB‑C; 14 Plus may need a wireless pad if Lightning is dead).
2. Turn on Pro Max → place next to 14 Plus → follow Quick Start animation.
3. Prefer Transfer from iPhone if both are healthy enough; otherwise restore from a fresh iCloud backup made today.
4. Stay on Wi‑Fi until the transfer finishes. Don’t skip “Apps & Data.”

If the site errors: retry the other IMEI, or call Metro (1‑888‑8‑METRO‑8 / 611) and ask them to walk the online switch (~$25 in‑store fee when possible). Don’t erase the old phone’s service until the new line is live.

5. Only after a healthy Mobile Key on the Pro Max: stop using Casa on the 14 Plus. Never delete Casa on the old phone until then.
